Wells City Harriers had a number of runners at this year's London Marathon.
Amongst the record start list of over 40,000 runners, the 8 Harriers taking part included a number making their debut at the distance. Well done to George, Alison, Sharon, Keith, Kelly, Rosie, Damien and Ben. Good funds for various charities were also raised by many of their runs. (Photos to follow). Meanwhile the storms played havoc with the County multi-events Championships at Millfield track, but a number of good performances by Harry, Jamie & Ollie were registered on the quieter 2nd day. & a call for members to volunteer to marshal at the Wells Fun Run.
