Currently we have four official training sessions. Every March, we launch a friendly Couch to 5K programme in the leadup to the Wells Festival of Running. Click on the link to find out more information:

Monday (Juniors) - 18:30, Millfield Athletics Track
Tuesday (interval training) - 18:30, Millfield Athletics Track
Wednesday (Social Group / Couch to 5K) - 18:40, Wells Leisure Centre [Couch to 5K March to May]
Thursday (Variety training sessions and social runs)- 18:40, Wells Leisure Centre

Laser Run (Tuesdays) - 18:30, Millfield Athletics Track

The Harrier sessions have been Risk Assessed and are covered by Club insurances for Club members.

MEDICAL conditions? Please ensure you have advised the Coach in charge of the session if you have any particular medical condition that we need to be aware of. If you have a condition/allergy please ensure you have recorded it on MyAthletic portal and that the contact details for a relative/friend are also listed.

We have to follow strict protocol with hiring the track at Millfield - please follow the directions of Club coaches and ensure you register at the beginning of every session to ensure that we can account for everyone present, and that you only use the track facility and field immediately above the track. Club members only. If you are a member of another Club please complete a membership form to become a 2nd Claim member of the Harriers (see our membership page).

(When training on your own please only train in public areas and do not use private facilities unless the Harriers have a formal agreement with facility managers for access at specific times of the week - see below).

Training with Yeovil Olympiads

We have a reciprocal arrangement with YOAC to train with them at the Yeovil Arena and vice versa.

Their training nights are usually Tuesday & Thursday – see YOAC website for more info; and Saturday mornings sometimes at Ninesprings (Goldenstones) for juniors.
