John Reynolds has destroyed his own record by finishing his 370 mile run in just over 5 days.
What a great end to the year after 5 days of continuous running with less than 5 hours sleep including essential power naps along the way, the miners Wheel memorial in Radstock finally came into view.

It seemed impossible when John Reynolds did his 110 mile run only a couple of years ago. New he’s going to be doing 370! And that’s just a practice run!!!
This event, over 14 marathons in total, happens between 26th Dec and New Year’s Day. Schedule here

Tickner runs for Team GB & County Championships

Whilst Frank Tickner was racing for TeamGB, almost 60 fellow Harriers competed at the County Cross-country Championships this past weekend. There were 52 in the various races held at the University of Bath, as part of the Tri-County Championships with athletes from Avon, and Wiltshire joining the Somerset runners. Meanwhile some half a dozen Harriers contested the Dorset Championships on Saturday.
