Frank Tickner finished 6th in the final match of the 5 match national McCain Cross country Challenge at Birmingham on Sunday and as a consequence did enough to win the Series from fellow international Dean Lacey. Frank was competing as part of the Avon & Somerset team with Harrier team members competing across all of the age groups.
