Wells City Harriers held a very successful Olympic Star:track at the end of July with over 40 junior athletes attending and taking part in the full range of running, jumping and throwing events. This was the tenth year in succession that the Club has organised these events and those who attended received a mixture of coaching tips and advice as well as the opportunity to have a go at events they may not normally record marks at. In addition to the qualified coaching staff the Club had the support of a number of their older junior athletes at supervising the groups.
