Are you interested in a challenging relay race with the Wells City Harriers Road Relay team? Interest is already building for the Club's annual outing to the Aldershot Road relays - which also host the South of England Road Relay Championships. For Juniors & women that means SATURDAY Sept 21st; For Senior & Veteran men that means SUNDAY Sept 22nd. The road relays are held on a traffic-free circuit around the old parade ground at Rushmoor Arena, Aldershot. The Saturday schedule is:

11.00am         GIRLS UNDER 13                3 X 2291m

11.35am         BOYS UNDER 13                 4 X 2997m

12.30pm         GIRLS UNDER 15                3 X 2997m

1.15pm           BOYS UNDER 15                 4 X 2997m

2.10pm           WOMEN UNDER 17              3 X 2997m

2.55pm           MEN UNDER 17                   4 X 3851m

We enter more than one team if we have sufficient athletes keen to go.There will be a minibus going on the Saturday if sufficient support but often many parents also want to go as this is one of the big events on the calendar at which future and current TeamGB athletes compete. Our partner Club, Yeovil Olympiads, are part of our composite Wells City Harrier team.

The Sunday schedule is 12.30pm for veteran relays (teams of 4 x 6km); 2.30pm for Senior athletes. (teams of 6x 6km)
