A cold, windy but sunny morning on Burnham sea front saw 2 Wells senior athletes toe the line.  Simon Prior and Laura Parker, returning from a long lay off with an injury.

With the early pace being slow the tempo soon picked up until the turn point when the wind really made a difference. Laura came home in 2nd place overall and 1st woman, and Simon was 3rd male and 1st vet 40.
