Frank Tickner has been named in a strong team to compete for Britain at the European Cross Country Championships to be held at Vilnius, Slovenia, on Sunday December 11th.

Frank's previous best at the European XC Championship was 10th and he has also competed for Britain at the World XC Championships on 3 occasions. Full details on the British team selection here:
