Frank Tickner swept to victory at the McCain Challenge cross-country event held as part of the Mike Sully races at Bristol's Ashton Court on Sunday Nov 13th. Older brother Ben Tickner set the early pace and finished 4th. Both were using the race as a sharpener in an effort to prepare for the TeamGB selection race to be held on Nov 26th at Liverpool.

“I’m very pleased, this was my first competitive race back,” said Frank. “It was good to come back in what was not the strongest field it could have been, but that’s probably a good thing in the lead up to Liverpool (European Cross Trials).”
