Street Junior races March 2005

At the last of this winter’s Street races held on March 9th, there was once again some good running by juniors from far and near on the 1km and 2km road circuit. Over 2 laps, two of the Harriers battled it out for supremacy with Chris Wadey ending up just edging it ahead of Joshua Leavey-Gillespie, with 7.07 to 7.08 times. In the 1 lap race, Langport’s Joseph Smith, managed to get way from his brother Sam, to win in a nippy 3.27 ahead of 3.41.
