Prosser supreme at tough 17 miler!

Wow! That takes some doing on this tough point to point course along the N. Somerset coast. Clare Prosser was not only the first woman home by a long way but she was also 2^nd overall (out of 113 runners) and was only beaten by Stuart Creech of the host club, Minehead RC by just over 1 minute!

Clare’s time for the hilly course was 2.50.00 (to Stuart’s 2.48.55). Next in for the Harriers was Clare’s partner Dave Bonstow in 11^th place in 3.00.44 – that’s a great run too – and then came Elly Milln & Mike Brown pacing together in 4.05. Nick Edwards was home in 4.33 and John Brown in 4.47. That’s a great set of team results – well done guys (&gals).
