Burnham 5k Winter series 1^st of 6 held on Thursday 1^st Oct 2009

The first of the winter series saw 3 of Wells City Harriers road relay members
from the weekend turn up in some testing windy conditions,  all 3 seemed to suffer a bit from  their weekend efforts causing below par performances but dug deep to finish high up. Dickie Wythe 3rd overall first over 50 vet in 18.04, Simon Prior 8th overall 1st 40 vet in 19.04 and Katrina Prior 1st Lady and F35 vet in 20.53.
