Fundraising by Wells City Harriers from recent events

Wells Fun Run 2008 - £1700 profit given to various local groups inc. Cub Scouts £150, Air Training Corps £200, Somerset Colorectal Cancer Patient Support Group £200, Mendip Mallards £200, Globe Carnival Club £150, Mendip Carnival Club £170, St John’s Ambulance £100

Babcary 2008 7.5 mile road race – race entries and refreshments made £1715.61 which goes towards the upkeep of the Babcary playing field

Baltonsborough 2008 5 mile race - £416.70p go to the various clubs in the village: e.g. pre school, the church, kids football and Christmas dinner for the OAP

Shepton Fun Run 2008 - £865.01.  £100 to be carried over for this year.  The rest for a bursary fund for juniors which Kaye has discussed with Paul

Butleigh 7 mile multi-terrain 2009 – £573.94 raised and split 50/50 for playing field facilities and village church.
